In collaboration with the ANIIP and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Center provides a range of services to promote the effective use of valuable sources of scientific and technical information, such as scientific and technical journals, and patent information. The basic services are:

- Training about  patent protection deposit demands;

- Training in database search;

- Access to electronic databases on publications related to intellectual property and scientific and technical literature.
